A corporate/in-house-based affiliate manager has emailed me:

One of these days I will make it out to your show. Any plans to do one on the East Coast?

We did, in fact, hold an East Coast show during the very first year of the conference’s launch — the Fort Lauderdale show in October 2012. It was a great one, full of engagement, networking, and high-level knowledge sharing.

However, due to numerous factors, the primary of which had been (a) our continuous strive to deliver a top-quality event every time we run one, and (b) our branching out to Europe, we made an uneasy decision to cut the number of U.S. shows from two to one in 2013. It will be the same next year. The only 2014 Affiliate Management Days conference we will run in the United States will take place in San Francisco on March 19-20 [full details of the show here]. There will be no East Coast show in 2014.

There will, however, be another show in London next year. We’ll announce the dates and other specifics shortly.

In the U.S. we’ll bring back our second show (either in Chicago or in Boston) as soon as the market is ready for one. Keep following our blog. It’ll be the first place where something like this will be announced.

Remember also that the Super Early Bird rates for the San Francisco 2014 show end in just 3 weeks! So, to save up to $700.00 on your pass, register by December 6, 2013.
